We may update these terms from time to time as described in the “Changes to these terms” section below; continued use of the site after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

This website is a marketing and informational site for Fraise Labs. It describes what we do and provides a way to get in touch with us. It does not itself provide any software, hosted service, or deliverable to you.

Any actual products, services, or work performed by Fraise Labs for a customer are governed by a separate written agreement (such as a signed proposal, statement of work, or master services agreement) entered into directly with that customer. These Terms of Service apply only to your use of this website — they are not, and are not intended to be, a services contract.

When using this site, you agree that you will not:

• Scrape, crawl, or harvest content from the site using automated means, except for standard, well-behaved search engine indexing;
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the site, its underlying infrastructure, or any systems or networks connected to it;
• Interfere with or disrupt the site’s operation, or introduce malware, viruses, or other harmful code;
• Use the site, or any contact form or email address made available on it, to send spam, phishing attempts, or other unsolicited or unlawful communications; or
• Use the site for any purpose that is unlawful, fraudulent, or prohibited under applicable law.

If you contact us through this site (for example, via a mailto link or contact form), we will use the email address you provide only to reply to your inquiry and to send transactional messages directly related to that correspondence or to any services you have separately engaged us for.

We do not send marketing email, newsletters, or other unsolicited promotional communications from this site, and we do not add addresses collected through it to a marketing or newsletter list. If that ever changes, we will only do so with your affirmative opt-in consent, and every such message will include a clear way to unsubscribe. In the meantime, you can stop receiving email from us at any time simply by not replying, or by telling us directly at hello@fraiselabs.com that you would like us to stop.

The content on this site — including text, graphics, logos, and the Fraise Labs name and marks — is owned by Fraise Labs or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may view and print pages from this site for your own personal, non-commercial reference, but you may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any part of this site without our prior written permission.

We use a small number of third-party providers to operate this site and to handle email delivery — for example, an email delivery provider to send transactional messages and a hosting provider to serve the site itself. These providers process data on our behalf and are described in more detail in our Privacy Policy. This site does not embed third-party advertising, tracking, or analytics scripts.

This site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be reflected by updating that date; we encourage you to review this page periodically.

These terms are governed by, and will be construed in accordance with, the laws of the jurisdiction in which Fraise Labs is established, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms or your use of this site will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction, except where applicable consumer-protection law entitles you to bring a claim in your own jurisdiction.
